Our Story

ATEB Cleaning Services LLC was founded by Abdel and Estelsy, two professionals who recognized a serious gap in the cleaning industry, especially in highly regulated environments. The company began with a focus on hospital and offices cleaning, but due to rapid growth and increasing demand, ATEB quickly expanded into commercial cleaning.

With backgrounds in manufacturing, project management, and disciplined operations, Abdel and Estelsy brought a structured, results-driven approach to every job. Their experience in high-compliance environments gave them a clear understanding of what businesses need to maintain clean, safe, and inspection-ready facilities.

Another important reason for launching ATEB was their shared vision to build a company that genuinely values its people. After years of working in traditional environments, they wanted to create a workplace that supports and respects every team member.
