Access and Security, Agreed in Writing

Banks and credit unions control who enters, when and where. Before service begins, ATEB agrees in writing how each of these is handled at every branch.

Changes are agreed with your branch or security lead.

  • Entry and exit

Arrival and departure times, alarm arming and disarming, and lock-up checks.

Set for each branch and written into its scope.

  • Restricted rooms

Which rooms are cleaned, which are excluded, and which only under escort.

Teams clean only the spaces listed in the scope.

  • Who to call

Your contact if anything is out of order on arrival or departure.

One point of contact at ATEB for follow-up.

ATEB cleaning staff are background-checked, and your institution’s own security requirements are written into the scope and followed at every visit.

What Affects the Cost of Bank Cleaning

Bank and credit union cleaning is quoted after a walkthrough, not from a flat rate. The main factors are the number of branches, square footage and layout, how often each area is cleaned, the scope (lobby, teller line, ATM vestibules, restrooms, floors), cleaning windows and access arrangements, and periodic work such as floor care.

When you compare quotes, compare the written scopes: which areas are included and how often, how access and restricted rooms are handled, how problems are reported, and what insurance the company carries.
