Project Overview
ATEB Cleaning Services has provided recurring janitorial cleaning for an approximately 18,000-square-foot health and beauty products manufacturing facility in Westminster, Massachusetts, near Gardner, for about two years.
The facility combines administrative offices with manufacturing operations. ATEB maintains both under one recurring program, cleaning several times per week after hours outside the facility’s operating hours.

Cleaning Requirements
A manufacturing facility with office space has two sets of needs under one roof. The administrative side needs the routine care of any office: clean workspaces, restrooms and break rooms. The production side needs cleaning that fits how a plant works: production areas, shipping and receiving, and the workstations, chairs, tools and high-touch surfaces employees share across every shift.
The client also needed tool sanitization and hospital-grade disinfection as part of the regular schedule, along with window cleaning and floor polishing. All of it had to happen consistently after hours, so the facility is ready when staff return.
