A 37,000 sq ft office building in Worcester, Massachusetts, home to multiple tenants and managed by a professional property management company. Since November 2024, ATEB has provided janitorial service three days a week. The program covers offices throughout the building, restrooms, break rooms, hallways and common areas, routine floor cleaning, and glass doors, mirrors and windows, with periodic carpet extraction for longer-term carpet care. It runs on established cleaning procedures, supervisor inspections and documented quality management. Snow, salt and moisture tracked in through the entrances are handled as part of the routine, and when an unexpected need comes up between scheduled visits, ATEB typically responds within a few hours. The property management team has expressed strong satisfaction with the service, particularly through harsh winter conditions.
